An “Enchanted journey” with Project in motion
Project in Motion (PIM) will host the Above Borders Aerial Festival, Thursday-Sunday, Nov. 9-12, 2023.
PIM, composer and musician Dallas David Ochoa and guest artists are collaborating on “Enchanted Journey,” a production that will highlight each day of the festival.
The four-day event “brings together innovative collaboration, daring athleticism, beautiful aerial dance and mesmerizing storytelling,” PIM said.
Festival guest artists will include Marta Brown, a contemporary circus artist specializing in hand to hand, banquine and Cyr wheel, PIM said; and Sara Burleson, who has been dancing since age 5 and spent six years studying aerial arts and performing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Burleson is a Las Cruces High School graduate.
Ochoa is a singer/songwriter and guitarist. He has performed solo and with his band, Dallas Ochoa Trio, across the country, and his music is heard on a variety of platforms.
